Development
You already know the success to growing your business is capitalizing on the strengths of your people. But how do you actually make that happen? Are
you looking for effective ways to leverage the talents I have the experience and tools to help you assess and effectively develop your middle and senior management. The return on your investment is a productive, engaged organization. As individuals : Accelerate their success – and yours –
by actively determining their strengths and blind spots and then committing to action.
I work with a state of the art strengths assessment that we then build on to determine
how that can increase the amount of time they spend each day in the zone.
As teams:
We know the difference between good and great companies is how alive the elements of trust, camaraderie and respect are. These are the strengths that naturally sustain companies through intense times. Having powerful co-active conversations is key in the process of building high performance teams. People are having these conversations with their coaches or the occasional peer – what if the entire team was engaged?
I can help you with this. I am authorized to facilitate a process that includes a leading edge assessment called Team Diagnostic. It measures both the positivity and productivity of a team. There is a report generated with everyone’s input that shows a snapshot of the team today and then the magic is in the conversation that those results spark.
Both the process and the assessment incorporate recognized work of Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry and Systems theory. The strength of this process is in revealing the system to itself – not an outside consultant evaluation dictating. The combined results show the team where it is and how it functions. Most importantly it begins the conversation of where does the team want to go now.
“What sets apart high performance teams is the degree of commitment, particularly how deeply committed the members are to one another.”
